Subscription Management

You maintain full control over your subscription at all times. You may pause, modify, or cancel your subscription through your patient portal or by contacting our support team. We process cancellation requests promptly, and you will not be charged for future subscription periods once your cancellation is confirmed. Please note that cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing cycle to avoid charges for the upcoming period.

Exceptional Circumstances

We evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Orders that were damaged during shipping
  • Incorrect medications dispensed
  • Medical determination that treatment should be discontinued
  • Significant delays in order fulfillment beyond reasonable expectations
